Elise Ahenkorah

Elise Ahenkorah is a Senior HR Advisor, Workplace Culture Strategist, and Keynote Speaker who helps organizations navigate complex people, culture, and workforce challenges.

She is the Founder and Lead Strategist of Inclusion Factor, a workplace culture and HR advisory firm supporting organizations with leadership development, employee relations, respectful workplace practices, workforce planning, psychological safety, and team effectiveness.

With over 15 years of experience across corporate, public, academic, and nonprofit sectors in Canada and internationally, Elise has advised more than 200 organizations, including IBM, Google, World Bank, Bayer, London School of Economics, and McGill University. Her work spans more than 13 industries and includes advising complex, unionized, and global workforces of up to 150,000 employees.

Elise’s work focuses on how leadership, decision-making, employee relations, and day-to-day management practices shape trust, performance, and workplace culture. She supports leaders in strengthening fair processes, reducing people-related risk, and building healthier, more effective teams.

She is the creator of the Accountable Spaces Framework, now used globally across higher education, the private sector, and public institutions to strengthen accountability, trust, and team effectiveness.

Recently, Elise was named one of the Women’s Executive Network Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada. She is known for her practical, results-focused approach to helping leaders make better people decisions, strengthen respectful workplaces, and sustain performance in complex environments.
